This summarizes how Tapeline processes data on your behalf. For business customers who need a signed DPA, email support@tapeline.app and we'll provide the full document.
For your own journal you are the controller of your data; Tapeline acts as a processor, handling it only to provide the service and per your instructions.
Account details, the trades and notes you log, screenshots, and (if connected) your Telegram chat ID and messages — as described in the Privacy Policy.
Supabase (database & storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Telegram (messaging channel), and Anthropic (structuring trade notes). Each is bound to handle data only to deliver their service.
We apply the safeguards described on our Security page. On termination or request, we delete your data from active systems; backups age out on a rolling schedule.
